The hotel is located in the charming old city area, with a Lebanese restaurant downstairs and beautiful gardens nearby. The room had a comfortable bed, spotless bathroom, and was well-lit for work. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of local and European options, including made-to-order eggs. The staff was friendly and efficient and the hotel had amenities like a gym and indoor swimming pool.

There were some issues with the wireless internet access in the bedrooms.

An oasis of near-Western standards in the middle of nowhere. If you are looking for an escape from typical Chinese hotel horribleness, this is the place to go. Even the room service pasta is reasonably edible and not too overcooked. One tip though: When you check in, ask for a room with a bath. There is a section of the hotel with grubby rooms maintained to Chinese standards (i.e., rubbish), but you should be able to avoid this section by asking for a bath.

This hotel offers an exceptional experience with luxurious amenities. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with exclusive facilities such as a private bar and lounge area. The service provided was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The swimming pool was top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city's historic sites. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was a small plumbing problem that was quickly resolved by the staff. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a five-star experience.

Visiting for the New Year holidays was an excellent experience. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with both local and international dishes. The staff was friendly and helpful when I checked in. The hotel’s car park was large and secure, with easy access to malls and plazas in the surrounding area. the hotel offered clean and spacious rooms with good facilities and comfortable beds.

It would have been better if the rooms were non-smoking, or at least the hotel had informed guests about its lack of non-smoking rooms. , it was unfortunate that the cleanliness of the power sockets in the room was lacking.

We had a great stay with fantastic service, a fresh breakfast buffet, and a convenient location close to the gardens, Lebanese restaurant, and old downtown. The hotel facilities were clean and had free parking available.

Stayed at a hotel in a great location. Had an amazing time exploring the city. The room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The breakfast had a nice variety of food choices, and the coffee was superb. One of the best things of the stay was the stunning city view from the room.

The room was small and basic for the price paid, but it did not spoil the experience. There was a bit of noise from the traffic outside, but it was not disruptive enough to hinder our stay.
